Recovery & critical thinking
Schizophrenia and persecutory delusions are treatable. Recovery is real and common. If you or someone you love is hearing voices or experiencing intense paranoia, please talk to a clinician — a psychiatrist, GP, or community mental health team. Cognitive behavioural therapy for psychosis (CBTp) and peer-support programs like the Hearing Voices Network have helped many people live well.
